A very good time.
Authentic inn atmosphere.
A very pleasant waitress.
4 stars for the food because the fries were too salty (combined with the charcuterie and cheese, it made for a very salty mix).
And the portion size was a bit small.
Luckily, the dessert made up for it; that was excellent.

A fantastic lunch! The welcome was perfect, and the dishes offered were enticing from appetizer to dessert. The service was quick and attentive, and the cuisine featured fresh, local, and seasonal products—again, flawless. The talent is evident in both the presentation and the balance of flavors. It was beautiful and delicious! A great restaurant that I recommend without hesitation.

Disappointment… despite having a reservation, we were seated on the "terrace" without being asked, and ended up sitting next to people smoking. The decor was lovely, with a warm, wood-paneled feel, but the other areas were completely different and less aesthetically pleasing, which is a real shame.
As for the service, the poor waiters struggled to move large wooden menus from room to room.
The food was rather average in quality. I had decided to come based on the positive reviews, but it just goes to show you should always try it yourself to form your own opinion.
