Auberge de la Treille sur Boofzheim

Small Alsatian restaurant, with good food and a very warm welcome.

In just a few days, we visited the Auberge de la Treille twice. The welcome is very warm and friendly. Thank you to the owner and the young woman who serves in the dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered; thank you to the chef in the kitchen! Have a wonderful holiday season. And thank you again for your hospitality; we highly recommend it!

What a fantastic find! This restaurant is so welcoming, the waitresses are so friendly and welcoming. And the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!

Overall, a good establishment. We did encounter a service error (the wrong drink was served), and with my restaurant experience, I noticed that the waitresses made quite a few unnecessary trips back and forth and seemed a bit idle. That said, the food was very good 👍. The burger of the month was excellent, and the sauerkraut was well-prepared. However, the Munster cheese fritters weren't really worth the trip: the flavor wasn't quite there. One negative point about the establishment: the restrooms are very poorly signposted.

Aperitif: Spritz liqueur, gingerbread, sparkling wine, soda water, an orange slice... excellent! Starter: Munster cheese fritter with beer... a delight... Perfect sauerkraut. A banana and pecan tiramisu to die for... And to top it all off, a lovely young waitress... What more could you ask for?

We were very pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, decor, and toys for children; the service was fantastic and friendly, and it was absolutely child-friendly. They offered Alsatian cuisine, but also burgers and delicious desserts. We'll be back! Warmest regards to Florence, Camille, and Thierry ☺️
