Very pleasant moment in a very pleasant place, excellent cuisine and impeccable service!!!

A nice place ! During our hike on the pretty paths around Salvezinet, we discovered the Auberge de la Valette, where we stopped to quench our thirst. We were welcomed very warmly. The person showed us around the place (restaurant, bar, and the terrace which is ready to stop for a while). So, we also had some homemade pastries. As luck would have it, we can't wait to go back and eat there again. It makes you want. THANKS.

Inn located in a small, easily accessible valley lined with trees and a small stream. The cuisine is excellent, the copious and carefully prepared dishes will not leave you indifferent. The staff is efficient and attentive. I invite you to discover this beautiful inn like us.

Bel endroit, et personnel très sympathique, produits locaux proposés Mais nous avons été vraiment déçus par une cuisine sans goût, pas de mise en valeur spécifique, de la terrine au dessert. L' entrée, velouté de courgette était par contre beaucoup trop salée.

J'ai adoré le menu de l'entrée au dessert. Des saveurs uniques un velouté de courgettes froid bien assaisonné et goûteux. Un effiloché de poulet au citron Et brownies en dessert .Le tout maison et produits locaux c'est le concept annoncé. Un peu loin de chez moi mais pour un repas de famille je n'hésiterais pas à.y retourner
