By chance, we stopped at this restaurant on our way back. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's so charming inside. Not to mention the welcome, the menu, the service, and the price, which were all top-notch—better than some tourist traps in Clairvaux or elsewhere. We'll be back in Conliege. Thank you.

We spent one night at the hostel on a half-board basis between two hikes. It was perfect! The welcome was fantastic, the people were so kind. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and charming. The food was excellent, hearty but not too heavy for hikers. Finally, we asked for a sandwich at the last minute on a Sunday morning, the owner was happy to serve us, and it was delicious. We highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area. It's awesome!

We received a wonderfully warm welcome from the team at Auberge de la Vallière. They are dog-friendly, and our furry friends were pampered with a bowl of fresh water and little treats! The fish and chips were delicious, and the burger was also very good. The desserts are generous for those with a sweet tooth :)

We came for lunch and ordered the set menu. It was very good, simple and efficient cooking, and the desserts were excellent. A pleasant place, with a warm welcome from the owner/chef and waitress.

We went for dinner in the evening to celebrate the opening of the Vin Jaune festival. They kindly agreed to serve us this special menu without a reservation. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. The chicken with Vin Jaune and morels was very good and a generous portion.
