A menu that doesn't seem to change between winter and summer. The melon/ham looks more like a salad/ham: for 3 people, if we had the equivalent of 1/4 of a melon that's a lot. However, this cuisine unsuitable for the season is correct. The choice of Alsace wines is limited to 1 per grape variety; too bad for an establishment which is located in a valley where the greatest wines of Alsace are produced.

Décevant. Je me réjouissais de venir dans ce restaurant pour mon anniversaire mais cuisine décevante présentation inexistante certains plats n'étaient pas disponibles. Jarret qui baignait dans une sauce au roquefort Je ne conseille pas et je ne reviendrai pas.
