And sometimes his story meets yours, and that's when we touch the sublime. And the products are excellent, the cooking is perfect, and the service, provided in part by the chef himself, is in tune. With very good value for money if you put it in relation to the work and know-how necessary to achieve this level of perfection. Otherwise, go there with your eyes closed.

A colorful and welcoming place, nestled against Ambronay Abbey. A very warm welcome from the chef and server.
The menu offers some wonderful discoveries, such as the particularly delicious carp ingot. The dishes are enhanced by a very well-chosen wine pairing, and offered at a reasonable price.
A wonderful experience, one we will definitely repeat.
A well-deserved Michelin star.

We were immediately impressed by the welcome from the chef, who demonstrated his passion for his craft throughout our dinner. His dishes are refined, succulent, and poetic. The intimate atmosphere of the alcove, with its decor blending old and new, transported us to a place we were truly in!
The service by the chef and his assistant was impeccable.
