I could have told you: "Go there with your eyes closed." But that wouldn't be enough to honor the work of Ivan Lavaux and his team. The chef shares his journey and his country throughout his dishes. And sometimes his story meets yours, and that's when we touch the sublime. And the products are excellent, the cooking is perfect, and the service, provided in part by the chef himself, is in tune. With very good value for money if you put it in relation to the work and know-how necessary to achieve this level of perfection. Otherwise, go there with your eyes closed.

A colorful and welcoming spot, nestled against Ambronay Abbey. The chef and waiter were very friendly.
The menu offers some delightful discoveries, such as the particularly well-prepared carp ingot. The dishes are enhanced by a very well-chosen wine pairing, all offered at a reasonable price.
A wonderful experience that we will undoubtedly repeat. A perfectly deserved Michelin star.

Thank you to Chef Ivan Lavaux for sharing his roots with us through his taste buds and childhood memories. The setting is intimate and authentic, the cuisine seasonal, beautifully presented, and delicious. We were immediately touched by the warm welcome from the chef, who shared his passion for his craft with us throughout dinner. His dishes were refined, succulent, and poetic. The intimate alcove, with its decor blending antique and modern elements, transported us to another world!
The service provided by the chef and his assistant was impeccable.
