We went there for lunch. What an incredible discovery! Extremely refined and sophisticated cuisine showcasing local produce. Chef Lavaux himself explained each dish! We absolutely loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness, and we enjoyed a refined, convivial, and flavorful experience. The menu, as well as the wine pairings, were perfectly chosen, the portions were generous, and the service was impeccable. We particularly appreciated the personal touch with the chef, who came to take our order and chat with us at the end of the meal. He even gave me a handwritten card for my birthday, a rare and deeply touching gesture. Throughout the meal, these thoughtful touches made the experience even more memorable. This is a place where you can feel the passion, talent, and attention to detail. Thank you for this experience.

Everything is just perfect and delightful. An address I wholeheartedly recommend. You can go there with complete confidence, and keep your eyes wide open once you're seated: the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious and perfectly balanced.
