The dishes are delicate even in their vegetarian version, the sequence is perfectly delivered as is the wine accompaniment.
Finally, I would like to add that although it may be fine and tasty, it really does have the feeling of a hearty meal... you feel nourished and the contract of a journey of the senses is perfectly fulfilled!

Very nice discovery of this restaurant which offers high quality dishes, made from local products which allowed us to discover incredible flavors and sumptuous combinations.
We enjoyed an original and perfectly adapted food and wine pairing.
A warm welcome, the comfort of a small lounge, efficient service provided by the chef and his assistant, offered us a wonderful evening with a nice discussion on the dishes and the products used.
A great surprise.

A very warm welcome before a meal of high quality from start to finish, with an original and perfectly adapted food and wine pairing, coffees enhanced by surprising blends of spices and “house sugars”, a service provided by the chef. -even allowing an exchange on the dishes, the history of the establishment and the superb neighboring abbey. A moment of pure happiness.

The promise of a trip is kept. We had a wonderful evening, both in terms of atmosphere (laughter, tears) and in terms of taste.
The dishes are delicious, balanced, seasonal, accompanied by good wines. The price is not at all outrageous for the quality of the gourmet cuisine, contrary to what other comments state.
Tables are nestled in alcoves, making the moment intimate.
The service staff are friendly, caring and attentive.
A perfect illusion; I recommend and thank the Auberge again for the evening we spent.
