What a wonderful evening we had dining together with our little dog! The welcome was very warm and professional. The cuisine was delicate and refined, worthy of a Michelin star, all at a reasonable price for a starred restaurant. Absolutely flawless. We'll be back!

The meal and service were excellent. The dishes were prepared with great passion and care. However, a few points could be improved: 1. The wines offered with the wine pairing were somewhat disappointing. 2. The wait times, especially towards the end of the meal, were a bit too long. 3. The prices seemed too high. We paid €650 in total for the small evening menu for four people, including the wine pairing for two. We wouldn't even pay that much at a comparable restaurant in Switzerland. In summary: outstanding cuisine and service, decent but unremarkable wines, and prices that are too high.

An absolutely exceptional gastronomic experience from start to finish. The welcome was wonderful, with an attentive, smiling, and passionate team who made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Throughout the meal, we were constantly surprised and delighted by the dishes we tasted. Each plate was as refined as it was delicious, with perfectly mastered flavor combinations and a presentation worthy of a work of art. A true attention to detail was evident in both the service and the cuisine. It was much more than just dinner: a true culinary and sensory experience. A huge congratulations to the entire team; we will return with great pleasure. A special mention to our server, who was exceptional throughout the meal. Always smiling, attentive, and incredibly friendly, he greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. We particularly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and all his thoughtful touches throughout the evening. Thank you for the impeccable service and wonderful energy. Also a big THANK YOU to Chef LAVAUX who graciously offered us two glasses of champagne for my wife's birthday, along with a card kindly autographed for the occasion.

This is an establishment that deserves to be better known. From the moment you enter, the decor and layout create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Once seated at your table in a quiet corner, you are greeted by a charming waiter who goes out of his way to ensure your comfort and describe the dishes you are about to enjoy. These dishes are truly original, both in terms of flavor and culinary expertise. The chef is delighted to come and meet you and share insights into his cuisine or the history of his restaurant. A truly wonderful experience that I'd love to repeat.

We opted for the €120 tasting menu. The service was impeccable. However, the food was sorely lacking in preparation, both the meat and the dessert. The meat was a beef fillet with a classic reduced jus, accompanied by unprepared beans and another vegetable. It was good, but clearly not up to G&M's 14/20 standard. We finished with a dessert that was ice cream with unpitted cherries. This is downright unacceptable for a €120 menu and a G&M rating. I therefore encourage the establishment to maintain a consistent standard throughout the menu, as the meat and dessert could not have been served so carelessly—at least, I hope so. The meal started at 8:15 pm when we arrived, and we left at midnight without having had coffee because it had taken long enough. It was far too long. Great start and flop at the end, so I admit I'm disappointed.

A varied menu showcasing meticulous and inventive cuisine. Each dish offers different flavors and textures, making the meal a true culinary adventure. Excellent. It was a wonderful birthday celebration for me, and we will be back. Thank you to Yvan and his team.
