A delightful discovery in a typical Ardennes village. We enjoyed a one-night stay in a spacious and comfortable room. The evening meal was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The terrace overlooks the village square. The young staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Highly recommended. We will gladly return.

Hello, we received a very warm welcome at your hotel and restaurant, where everything was perfect. However, one negative point concerns the billing. The first error, which I had corrected, was that I was charged for one room instead of two, a difference of over €400, which I reported. The second error was that two whiskies were not included in the menu, but we were charged for two meals (€57 + €37) plus a Gaillac wine. This is unfortunate, and for this reason, I will not be rating your hotel. As a former restaurant owner, I would advise you to pay attention to this.

I didn't stay overnight, but I highly recommend the restaurant! The welcome and service are excellent. The food is delicious, made with fresh ingredients (vegetables, meat, fish). I thoroughly enjoyed the nougat glacé. The dining room is quiet and well-insulated, making conversation easy. After dinner there last night, we're going back today.

The welcome was perfect, all the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was beautiful, very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The meals offered were very good. The breakfast was very complete, with sweet and savory options, fruit, and more. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at the Auberge de l'Abbaye de Signe.
