Auberge de l'Aspre sur Fontanges

The room was very nice, but the bathroom was upstairs and very hot as there was no air conditioning and no window in the bathroom. Otherwise, the bathroom was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast good. The location is very quiet, but there's a lack of parking; I stayed three nights and it wasn't easy to find a spot.

We had a wonderful time at the Auberge de l'Aspre. The setting is magnificent, the room very pleasant and comfortable, and the food excellent! A great find!

A charming, intimate hotel. We had an excellent half-board stay with a couple of friends: Very pleasant rooms with large, very clean bathrooms. A peaceful, green setting. The heated pool is a real plus, well-equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The very professional hosts are attentive and have a great sense of humor. The meals were delicious; the talented chef delighted us with homemade dishes prepared using local produce. In short, a wonderful find near tourist attractions. Michelle and Alain C

Exceptional! The setting, like the region, is magnificent, and the icing on the cake is an architectural curiosity nearby: a cave church. The inn has been renovated and offers all modern comforts, plus a swimming pool. But that's not all! The welcome is from charming people who are experts on their region and happy to chat. But that's not all either! The chef is a superb cook who loves the local produce, offering exceptional meat, of course, but also original appetizers based on traditional recipes. In a word, EXCEPTIONAL!

The restaurant area was pleasant, the food was quite good although classic and in small quantities, and the service was very satisfactory.

A fantastic stay, a very nice hostel, excellent food and quality service. We will be back.
