Nous connaissons cette auberge depuis les débuts de Mr Salamolard et je dirais qu'il est comme les vins d'Irancy qu'il propose, il se "bonifie " avec l'âge . Il est pour moi l'une des toutes premières tables du département . Nous y retournerons

A must-do gourmet restaurant. The best dining experience of my life so far. I just regret that it is not open all year round and that it is also geographically isolated)

cadre champêtre et simple. accueil courtois. le chef tjrs présent et cordial. cuisine très bonne. Dessert très bon. A faire si vous passez dans le coin !! carte des vins un peu chère. Petit bémol quand on commande juste deux cafés on nous factures deux cafés et une assiettes de mignardises pour 7, 60 euros. Alors qu'on voulait juste deux cafés .De plus d'en d'autre restaurant l'assiette de mignardises est offerts !!!

26/11/2024: Excellent stay a few weeks ago. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the plate. The dishes are all more surprising than the others with their flavors and originalities. We spent three days half board. Excellent value for money. Everything is homemade. We will come back because we really fell in love with this hotel, its environment and the region. 06/11/2024: We have been stopping at this establishment for a few years now and there is nothing to complain about. The rooms are welcoming (tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets are available for a small snack). The quality of the dishes offered by Mr ROBBE is always of excellent quality and develops our taste pleasure. As for breakfast, it is grandiose (homemade cakes, brioches, pastries, different types of bread, homemade jam and yogurt without forgetting fresh fruit and orange juice). The room staff is very pleasant and friendly. Thank you for this admirable welcome.
