Quarre Creme sur Quarre-Les-Tombes

A pleasant place to enjoy a good quality meal

On our way back from the Abbey of La Pierre-qui-Vire, we stopped for lunch today and received a warm welcome. The main courses and desserts were excellent; a big thank you to the chef! Our waitress served us very well and with a smile! We will gladly return sometime!

A well-run bar and restaurant with friendly and efficient staff. Located in the very unusual village of Quaternès-les-Tombes, it offers all the necessary shops in the summer. Simple, good, and affordable meals.

Excellent food, delicious fries, and perfectly cooked meat. The service is impeccable; the waitresses are pleasant and smiling. However, the atmosphere could be improved. I recommend it.

Exceptional value for money. This Wednesday, August 5, 2026, we chose the veal shank from the menu, accompanied by a magnificent homemade ratatouille. Remarkable! Thank you and well done, Chef. Ideally, we should have fasted since two days prior to finish it, it was such a generous portion. The meat was meltingly tender, perfectly succulent, and the ratatouille was just like my grandmother's, with a medley of vegetables and spices. A true delight!!! In addition, the service was cheerful and very friendly. Thank you to the whole team. Go there!

I only had a coffee there but it looks nice, a friendly smile from the waitress and it would be perfect.

St. Georges salad and Epoisses cheese croque monsieur. Both dishes were delicious and generous portions, good value for money. The waitresses were very friendly. A bowl of fresh water was available for our four-legged friends.

This is exactly what I expect from a village restaurant. Simple, good, excellent service, great atmosphere.

Very friendly welcome, simple but effective meal and a good price

Authentic bar and restaurant, simple but excellent cuisine (Langue de chat (rump steak strip) with fries and Époisses sauce), friendly staff. We had a lovely time.
