Incredible stay at the hostel! The owners are lovely and very dedicated. The hostel restaurant is delicious (local, fresh, and high-quality products). Breakfast is also great. Absolutely nothing to complain about, it was perfect, thank you so much. I highly recommend it!

Traditional place, well maintained

It's a real surprise; stop by and spend some quality time in this timeless place. The young owners go above and beyond for their guests: a perfect welcome, top-notch food featuring excellent local produce traditionally cooked, and clean and comfortable rooms.

An authentic setting in the fortified village of Mont Dauphin Really high-quality cuisine, we truly enjoyed it. Seasonal and local produce cooked in a charcoal oven. And thank you to the waitress who gave us a wonderful welcome.

We only took advantage of the restaurant and grocery store section of this inn. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome and service, the waitress was very energetic, and the setting was warm and welcoming. The meal prices are well-priced, considering the excellent quality and quantity of the dishes. A must-visit to the grocery store at the end of the meal was that we couldn't resist a delicious piece of local cheese.

I arrived without a reservation and received a warm welcome under a pergola in a charming garden. It was delightful to see that vegetables were given as much prominence as animal proteins. Everything was delicious. The peppers had been grilled before being peeled. A truly delightful meal, prepared with care for flavor and quality. The desserts were also very good. A flawless experience. I highly recommend it!
