As residents of Montpon, we are delighted to have discovered this establishment. It's wonderful to finally have a small, reasonably priced restaurant. The setting is magnificent (we were able to eat on the terrace). The food is very good, simple but very tasty dishes, although I did try an original starter: asparagus with strawberries, vinaigrette, and herbs (a real treat). The prices are more than reasonable. The waitress was super pleasant and very friendly. Quick service if needed. In short, I highly recommend it!

A recently discovered restaurant and a very pleasant surprise! Open only since the beginning of March, Le Bouillon is definitely worth a visit.
There were five of us at the table, and everyone was delighted, both by the quality of the food and the atmosphere. The cuisine is truly excellent, with well-prepared ingredients and generous portions.
Special mention for the service: impeccable from start to finish, attentive and efficient without being intrusive.
A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

We went to discover Bouillon Populaire for a family lunch with young and old. Absolutely perfect! Excellent value for money (hard to beat: less than €30 per person for an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and coffee), a very pleasant terrace, and impeccable service! We will gladly return. All the best for the future!
