McDonald's sur Montpon-Menesterol

A McDonald's to treat the kids during the holidays. Everything is well prepared, and above all, the service is simply exceptional! A serious and quick team, clean premises. They changed the toy with a smile, and the icing on the cake was asking if everything was alright. For reasons of taste (I'm over 40), I can hardly give more than 3 stars for the food, but everything else was impeccable.

One small drawback: when it came time to clear away the bin, it was overflowing.

Despite a computer glitch with the kiosk ordering system, a pleasant moment was had, and the staff were very helpful and smiling, thank you.

The kids love it, but we parents don't really enjoy the meal. There wasn't much of a wait at lunchtime, the restaurant was air-conditioned, not very clean, but that's often the case at McDonald's.

As long-time customers, we are extremely disappointed tonight. We've never had any problems with our orders, but tonight I decided to use click and collect to take advantage of a promotional offer, and the service was unavailable. Neither on the app nor the website. So I went to the drive-thru and asked for some kind of compensation. I was told it wasn't their responsibility and that, in any case, it was too busy. The offer in question was a free McFlurry with the purchase of a Maxi Best Of meal. I asked if they could give me the McFlurry, and they told me it was impossible... so once again, it's the customer who suffers. Even if the "restaurant" doesn't have access to the click and collect service, they could at least make a gesture. McDonald's online or in-store, it's still McDonald's!!! And the best surprise came when we got home... Our burgers and fries were completely cold, as if by chance, which has never happened before (I should mention that it's only an 8-minute drive)!! Apparently, as soon as you make a complaint, you get terrible service. It's shameful.

My children like going there because there are games and they also like the burgers. I especially like the chicken, but it's always a pleasant and relaxing time for the family.

I ordered from the drive-thru this evening. The service was quick, and the order was correct. I must point out one crucial issue: the restaurant is currently experiencing an air conditioning problem... in the middle of a heatwave. Despite this, the two young women who served me were extremely professional. They managed to keep smiling despite these difficult conditions! I wanted to acknowledge this and thank them for their excellent service.

A great place to share, perfect for Wednesdays or birthdays. Highly recommended.
