Good morning After ordering a bottle of rosé from Provence, the waiter returned with a bottle of rosé from Aix telling me that there was no more Provence. I give him my agreement for this proposal but I ask him the price. 20 minutes later, no news, I was told that the director did not answer the phone, so it was impossible to get the price. Time passes and 15 minutes later they bring us an uncorked bottle of rosé! Oh surprise, it’s a Provence, the one we asked for. Surprising to serve an uncorked bottle. The waiter I call tells me that he has just opened it at the bar. I tell him how surprised I am; it’s a first for me to be served an open bottle in a restaurant. Of course no tasting when bringing the bottle. Bravo though we were not charged for the bottle. !

Living in Jugon, we were waiting for the reopening of this restaurant..price a little expensive for the dishes offered..the prices of the aperitifs are excessive..Sprintz at 12 euros while on the coast we taste it for 8 to 10 euros..we do not We are only in Jugon les Lacs.. The young student serving does her best...but we feel that the lack of professionalism is obvious...the food is good.. Where is the management??? This is the big bath for ?? We waited 40 MMS before having our bottle of Rosé??? We are very questionable regarding the menu of great wines offered..how are they served in carafes? Appropriate glasses...while for a rosé at 30 euros when it's 26 degrees one evening ICE bag or keeps cool is not offered...many things have been improved to last...

Déçu... Pas de menu d'affiché à l'extérieur, on sait ce que l'on va manger une fois à l'intérieur et le serveur n'est pas à la hauteur, un peu perdu dans les commandes ; cherchant à qui sont les plats,... prix du menu excessif pour ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette (1 plat 22 € ou les 2 à 25 €) ce qui ne donne pas l'apéritif et le vin.

We hebben hier heerlijk frans gegeten. De reviews waren wat wisselend maar het is echt een aanrader. Er is een grote wijnkaart zoveel dat ik gevraagd had wat ze aanraden, waarop ze mij in het half frans half engels wat vragen stelden over mijn smaak in wijn en daarna de perfecte wijn voor bij het diner serveerden. De keuze is zoals wel vaker in een auberge wat klein maar dat maakt voor ons niet uit. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Initially, my friend and I were just coming to have a drink. We were made so welcome and the goldfinch was so exceptional that we also stayed ate. And there, we tasted dishes worthy of a gourmet restaurant at a very affordable price. The products are ultra fresh, local and tasty. The wine list is endless. They are from the “Déméter” brand (biodynamic +++) and natural. I highly recommend.
