We used a Wonderbox gift voucher to visit Auberge de l'Epine for the first time. A very good restaurant; we'll gladly return.

We know this restaurant well, and this time we were very disappointed. They had salmon burgers as a starter, and the burger buns were really bad—dry and tasteless. The chorizo ​​crumble wasn't great either, as I couldn't really taste the chorizo. And the quail wasn't very good. As for the service, let's not even go there. One of the waitresses was completely out of it, neither friendly nor smiling... so we're not sure we'll be back anytime soon... what a shame.

Excellent restaurant! The dishes are delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. From start to finish, everything was exquisite! The foie gras crème brûlée is a delight. For desserts, you can choose directly from the display case, and there's a wide selection. We received a warm welcome with a smile that lasted throughout the meal. Thank you to the restaurant staff for their friendliness and kindness. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

The meal was good, but without any real innovation from the kitchen. However, our dinner was severely disrupted by the very loud noise level: we were in the same room as a group celebrating a birthday, and it was impossible to hold a normal conversation. It's a shame, because the service was pleasant, but the noise really spoiled the experience. I'm leaving this review because I haven't received any response to my email to the manager of the establishment. It's unacceptable to have to endure such loud noise during a meal!

28/10/2024: Ce restaurant nous est familier mais l'expérience est toujours très agréable à chaque fois. La salle est toujours pleine, plus de 100 personnes, mais le service est toujours précis et très professionnel. Le foie gras en entrée est une valeur sûre et très bon. En plat, entrecôte, ris de veau, magret, tout est parfait, très bonne cuisson. Les desserts sont de qualité notamment les profiterolles. Chacun peut aller choisir son vin dans la cave tempérée à côté de la salle. En été, le service peut se faire en extérieur au bord du lac. Toujours un très bon moment en famille pour moins de 400 € à six personnes.

03/09/2024: Nous venons de déjeuner à 2 et nous avons été très bien servis par une personne agréable. L’entrée et le plat ont été très copieux, nous n’avons pas pu finir et pas pu prendre de dessert sinon nous aurions du faire notre digestion sur place. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant pour ces produits frais très bien cuisinés, le foie gras maison est top à prendre dans hésiter !
26/08/2024: A storefront and decoration that doesn't look like much, but I recommend this restaurant. Very generous portions, home cooking, it was excellent. We will come back without hesitation.
