A superb discovery. We received a very warm welcome without a reservation. Efficient service, innovative cuisine using fresh ingredients, and perfectly paired dishes. We had lunch on the terrace by the water.
The menus are very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. When visiting Chinon, make a detour to this inn; you won't be disappointed.

A wonderful discovery! Refined cuisine, beautiful flavors, stunning presentation, and generous portions. Congratulations to the chefs and pastry chefs! Very reasonable prices. The staff was incredibly attentive. The dining room is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. There's a view of the Vienne River.
I highly recommend it!

Superb restaurant on Île Bouchard... Beautiful terrace overlooking the Vienne River, which must be lovely on sunny days. We ate in the dining room, which was also very attractive and conducive to fully enjoying the delicious and delicately presented dishes. We also thoroughly enjoyed the truly exquisite amuse-bouches served between courses. A gastronomic experience that is definitely worth the trip!

Everything was perfect.
The service was impeccable and the setting pleasant.
The food? Excellent! The masterful cooking, the harmonious blend of flavors, and the presentation of the dishes delighted my taste buds.
It had been a very long time since I'd had lunch in such a good restaurant.
Anyway, when they serve you Chateldon and Chartreuse, it's bound to be a good place 😉

We had a wonderful time with our family at this excellent restaurant. Everything was perfect: a charming and welcoming atmosphere, a warm welcome, seamless service (guests were served simultaneously), clear descriptions of the dishes, and high-quality cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the Christmas menu with its delicate flavors. Congratulations!
