On our second visit, our first impression was confirmed: a truly talented couple of restaurateurs. The cuisine is full of flavor, inspired yet simple. Everything is just right: the freshness of the ingredients, the seasonings… The service is deeply personal and attentive in a family atmosphere, the wine list is extensive… and finally, the terrace overlooking the Vienne River is superb! … the prices reflect the gentle charm of the Touraine region… Honestly, it's worth the detour!

A superb discovery during our stay near Chinon. A huge thank you for the warm welcome and impeccable service despite the rather high temperatures outside. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert, starting with a tuna tartare followed by a duck breast with orange and chorizo – absolutely delicious! The terrace is superb, overlooking the Vienne River.
We will definitely be back on our next trip!

Excellent restaurant! We celebrated my parents' 55th wedding anniversary there and had a wonderful time. Dinner on the terrace overlooking the Vienne River was a very pleasant setting. The octopus starter and the pike-perch were excellent. The strawberry puff pastry was the perfect ending to the meal. A truly great place!

We had a wonderful time with our family. The telephone contact was excellent and the staff very understanding. The welcome was warm and the terrace was lovely and peaceful. The food was divine (I particularly enjoyed the sweetbread fricassee) and the service impeccable. Pure bliss!

A wonderful discovery! Refined cuisine, beautiful flavors, stunning presentation, and generous portions. Congratulations to the chefs and pastry chefs! Very reasonable prices. The staff was incredibly attentive. The dining room is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. There's a view of the Vienne River.
I highly recommend it!

A superb discovery. We received a very warm welcome without a reservation. Efficient service, innovative cuisine using fresh ingredients, and perfectly paired dishes. We had lunch on the terrace by the water.
The menus are very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. When visiting Chinon, make a detour to this inn; you won't be disappointed.
