Idyllic setting. Top-notch cuisine. THANK YOU TO THE CHEF. However, the waiters were not very friendly, and they regularly forgot the water and wine! We came to this inn for lunch to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday, and unfortunately, this experience left us very, very disappointed. We had taken care to order our cake a week and a half in advance, clearly specifying that it was our daughter's birthday and that the cake should be prepared by the chef. The person on the phone confirmed that this was possible. We just needed to provide the candles, which we did. Imagine our surprise, on the day itself, to learn that the order had simply not been noted and had been forgotten! As a result, there was no cake for our daughter's 18th birthday, even though we thought we had organized everything in advance. We can understand that a mistake can happen. What is much more regrettable is the way it was handled. When we pointed out the problem while paying the bill, the cashier was particularly unpleasant, refusing to acknowledge the mistake and showing no real gesture of goodwill or even simple empathy for a situation that concerned such an important event for our family. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but how they are acknowledged and handled makes all the difference. For such a significant birthday as turning 18, we expected more consideration and professionalism! It's truly a shame, as we would have preferred to leave with the memory of a pleasant experience rather than disappointment and, above all, such an unpleasant reception when paying. What a pity!

Excellent food. I especially loved the French toast with its salted caramel sauce. The setting is lovely with a tree-shaded terrace. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
