A wonderful discovery! ✨ A very pleasant and peaceful place, ideally located by the water (set back enough to be quiet and safe). The food was simply excellent: the chicken stir-fry was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the chocolate fondant was the perfect ending to the meal. A big thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome: the staff are very pleasant, polite, and friendly. You immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Good prices and very good food in a country setting on the banks of the Sèvre, ideal for eating and drinking, good welcome and service.

A welcome restaurant when you're camping. Service finishes quite late and the waiters are accommodating, within reason.

A wonderful family outing! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very kind to the children. They took the time to chat with them when my son had lots of questions, as the restaurant was quieter at that time. The meal was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert—absolutely perfect! Kudos to the chef!

The main course and dessert were served quickly. The dish was tasty and well-prepared. We were on holiday in the area, and the setting is really lovely by the water.

Passing through the region, I was very pleasantly surprised; the place is magnificent, and the food is simply perfect. Don't hesitate to book.

As a family, we ordered chicken, pork, and beef. The food was very good, and the setting is lovely. However, we were served after a family of five who arrived after us because the waitress seemed to have something against us. We weren't very hungry and wanted to order a set menu, with one person ordering an appetizer and the other the main course. No problem, we could have simply ordered separately, but she came over and told us, rather aggressively, that everyone had to have their own dish. So I think that annoyed her. Otherwise, go anyway; I think it's worth it!

We had lunch at the Auberge de Poupet and had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm, friendly, and professional, with a pleasant and attentive team. The menu is intentionally small, which is often a sign of fresh, high-quality ingredients. The dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and the portions generous. All this at a very good price, in a lovely setting in the heart of the valley. The only minor point for improvement would be the aperitif service. We would have appreciated some biscuits or appetizers to accompany our Kir cocktails, and for the main courses to arrive after the aperitif had been finished. We had barely started our drinks when the plates were already being served, which didn't really give us time to enjoy this convivial moment. This detail doesn't detract from the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff. We will gladly return on our next visit to the Poupet Valley.

Many thanks to the two servers, a young woman and a gentleman, both very kind and attentive. We were a party of four and all enjoyed our meal very much. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will gladly return.
