Thanks to Marc and Stéphanie for their warm welcome. We had the pleasure of dining outside with a beautiful view. On the plate of Cantal specialties: discovery of bouriol and a delicious truffade. for dessert, a melting pot including a cardamom panna cotta, a delight for our taste buds!

Wonderful hostel where we had a great time. The welcome is warm, the cuisine is exquisite, the service is top notch, don't hesitate to go there.

One of the best culinary discoveries I have ever had! If the title of the comment seems raunchy, it is no less sincere. We're not going to beat around the bush: rather cocooning atmosphere in the room, very decent welcome, sublime cuisine (and I insist because for me it's the "main thing"), very copious portion, in short.. I don't regret it only one cent unlike other comments I have read. I can only encourage you to go and discover these flavors for yourself!
