Superb! To celebrate a party of 50 guests, the Auberge St. Ulrich perfectly fulfilled its role. From the aperitifs on the terrace to the service in the dining room, everything was perfect. A warm welcome, attentive staff, and top-notch cuisine. Bravo to the entire team for delighting us with dishes boasting sophisticated flavors that showcase the quality of the ingredients, from appetizer to dessert. The wine cellar is equally impressive, with a good selection of wines at fair prices. A must-visit address, just outside Sarrebourg, in an enchanting setting!

The food was very good, but there wasn't much choice for desserts. The service was very slow, with a minimum wait of 30 to 45 minutes between courses. Only come if you're not in a hurry. Otherwise, it's a good place!

What a discovery! The terrace boasts an exceptional setting, open to nature, restful and peaceful. The cuisine… what can I say… Except that the bar is set high! I ate THE best foie gras of my life there. And I can't even describe it… accompanied by a homemade flaky brioche with the aroma of a classic Viennese pastry. So, while I was slightly disappointed by my beef tartare, which I personally found too rich in sweet and savory flavors and somewhat overpowering the meat itself, this doesn't detract from the sheer pleasure of the taste, the meticulous attention to detail, and the relaxed presentation of the dish. The service is warm, the staff is smiling, eager to make you feel welcome. To conclude this dinner, a sweet touch with orange blossom that lingers on the palate… Everything is homemade, and it shows. French cuisine at its finest. Highly recommended, without hesitation…
