Excellent cuisine, which is pricey (as expected). Good service, attentive staff, friendly chef (gluten-free dishes specially prepared), but a bit slow; the meal lasted almost 3 hours... The dining room was a little noisy. We will return.

L’Auberge de Thil is a true gem. We had a wonderful time: the welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere very pleasant. The dishes were delicious, flavorful, prepared with quality ingredients, and beautifully presented.
You can taste the passion of the chef and the team in every bite. An authentic place where you'll enjoy a delightful meal from start to finish.

The owners welcome you with a smile and serve you delicious dishes, from the amuse-bouche to the delectable dessert. One very minor point, in my opinion, which I didn't dare mention: the starter and main course lacked salt and pepper, perhaps intentionally so you can add your own!

Quality cuisine but a timid welcome and above all very disappointed compared to usual by the very minimalist fig dessert (2 figs, 1 plum, 3 micro dots of ganache and 2 micro shortbreads): lack of indulgence in a €32 business menu. The chocolate fondant is far from the one we had tasted in the past with the pretty chocolate bell.
The exterior was very clean and welcoming, the reception was warm, the service impeccable, the staff attentive, not to mention the quality of the dishes served and a brand new menu that we had the chance to taste as a bonus! Well done to the whole team!
