The service is attentive, discreet, and friendly… the entire menu is crafted with high-quality local ingredients! It's clear that this restaurant is by far one of the best in the Cévennes. True professionals, passionate about their craft, and an inventive and surprising cuisine. I highly recommend it.

We had an incredible lunch, with an amazing view and seasonal, local ingredients! All the courses were unusual and delicious. It is definitely worth the drive!

An exceptional place and restaurant!! We came here four years ago and were completely blown away by this restaurant. We returned this Sunday. Exceptional and perfect. The lady who serves us is incredibly kind. They are understanding and accommodating. The restaurant is delicious, the menu is modern and well-crafted. The view adds an undeniable charm. Thank you for this moment with you. We're a two-hour drive away, but we'll be back.

Nothing to complain about regarding the food. The dishes were excellent, from starter to dessert. The only slight negative point was the service, provided by the owner, which, incidentally, doesn't bother me, except that I mistook her for a waitress. A manager must stand out from the rest of the staff and, in the absence of staff, which seems to be the case, must take a certain amount of care with their attire so that customers immediately know who they're dealing with. During our visit, the manager was wearing very simple clothing and a small apron, hence my mistake.

We discovered the Auberge de Valestalière… and it was a real favorite ❤️ The place is splendid, even more beautiful than in the photos. The shaded terrace is ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal, even in the heat. The food is flawless: homemade, local produce, generous portions, and meticulously presented. A cuisine that perfectly combines a bistro-style atmosphere with a friendly atmosphere. A big thank you to Suzanne for her excellent wine recommendation—the Royal de Bonite was a wonderful discovery. And what about the desserts? The Autour du miel and blackcurrant dessert were simply delicious. In short: a wonderful place to recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return! (A little tip: avoid the narrow alley suggested by your GPS; the main road is much more accessible 😉)
