Auberge de Varize sur Varize

Friday August 2, we went to our cousin's birthday meal. The meal was perfect, prepared with the care of a 3-star restaurant. The service was impeccable, presentation and punctuality impeccable. The Auberge is highly recommended and all of its staff are to be congratulated. It is in this type of establishment that you pay the bill with a smile and the tip is well deserved.

Great initiative! We ended up here by chance, but we certainly have no regrets. Good food and nice experience. We should learn from this that everyone has their own qualities. Big compliments to the staff and their guidance.

A flawless one... The chef prepares well-decorated and very good dishes, with touches of very pleasant originality. Considering the prices it is very reasonable. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Visited a few years ago, everything has improved and so has the decor. For an ESAT, congratulations to the whole team.

Very nice place with excellent food!

We looked for takeaway meals there and were very well received. We cannot judge the quality of the table service, but we are convinced that it must be very good. The meals, for the sum of €19.50, are excellent. Starter + main course + dessert served in individual cardboard boxes for transport, a very beautiful presentation, sought-after tastes and a more than sufficient quantity. We had roasted figs with feta on a bed of salad as a starter, chicken fillet with mushrooms with cereals for main course and a slice of apple meringue pie, nothing to complain about, it was excellent. Well done to everyone, remarkable professional commitment and motivated and efficient staff management. We will come back with pleasure.

Atypical place managed by an ESAT. The welcome is warm and authentic. The cuisine is careful and excellent. The service is fast. We had a great time there and left delighted with our visit. Remember to book.
