On the road from Langres to Dijon, in a small village, lies the restaurant Aux Trois Provinces, offering traditional cuisine with a modern twist. The setting is quite unique and welcoming. The service is attentive. It's a restaurant where you can relax and savor the food. As for the prices, they are in line with the quality of the experience. There is a set menu for €35 and another for €49, both including a starter, main course, and dessert. There is also a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts available à la carte. The wine and champagne list is equally impressive.

The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, and generous portions. A lovely setting and top-notch service. Everything was perfect!

A small French restaurant connected to the hotel, owned by the same owner. A friendly welcome. Delicious aperitif and amuse-bouche. The octopus starter could have been lukewarm, as it came straight from the refrigerator. The saddle of lamb with foie gras was good, even though the piece of foie gras was found after digging deep. The fish main course was good, but the girolles were the highlight of the meat main course. The meat was a bit too tough. The cheese and crème brûlée dessert was flawless!

It started well; a lovely, charming little restaurant with friendly, efficient service. The entree was delicious. My husband's main course was a bit confusing. Because it was wrapped in puff pastry, you couldn't see what it was, so we cut it up and tasted it. It was a bit different than what we ordered, but still delicious. The waitress noticed the mistake, and we told her it wasn't a problem for us and that it was delicious. The chef was a little less pleased. He scolded the waitress for several minutes, and we were able to enjoy it because we were sitting next to the kitchen. And all that for a piece of chicken! It was truly outrageous! That's no way to treat your staff. It ruined the pleasant atmosphere of our last evening.

A pleasant setting. Waitresses attentive to customers. Gourmet cuisine with a good selection. We had a great time. It's a shame it was too noisy in the dining room, we couldn't hear ourselves speak. I honestly recommend it.
