Auberge des 3 provinces sur Vaux-Sous-Aubigny

Once again, an exceptional meal and service. A wonderful evening with my sweet and loving wife at this fabulous restaurant. And again this Wednesday, September 30th, an exceptional sole meunière. I highly recommend this restaurant with its warm atmosphere and outstanding cuisine.

Elaborate yet still substantial.

We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful three-course meal for €38. Finely balanced flavors and aromas, truly exquisite cuisine! Bravo!

Very welcoming! We had the set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it 👍

A very good address recommended by Max and Isabelle from the "Chez Odette" guesthouse (also a good address) located nearby

An exceptional discovery! The snail ravioli were fantastic, and the veal kidneys were superb!! Generous portions! It's well worth the detour, whether you're coming down from the north or up from the south… STOP and enjoy! Back again, and today we have magnificent perch fillets cooked in the Vaud style! Excellent

I was introduced to this restaurant for my birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a better gift. The dishes are delicious, the portions generous, and you can taste the true culinary expertise. It's traditional cuisine, but it's nonetheless creative and refined. The ingredients are fresh, you can tell, and the desserts are divine (the chocolate fondant is to die for). The service was pleasant and attentive, and the warm atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. I highly recommend this place, and I'll be returning regularly.

Excellent food, very generous portions and extremely friendly service.

An excellent restaurant with refined and delicious dishes. A very pleasant time in Haute-Marne 😊

A must-try restaurant! If you're looking for excellent, hearty meals, you absolutely must stop by this restaurant. 👍 From appetizer to dessert, it's a delight for the taste buds! 💯😋 The champagne and wine are excellent! 👌 The service is very friendly and the staff are absolutely charming. 😊 The restaurant, which also has a hotel, is located in a bucolic setting, which adds to its charm. 🤩 A great spot for food lovers without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it! 😉
