An exceptional discovery! The snail ravioli were fantastic, and the veal kidneys were superb!! Generous portions! It's well worth the detour, whether you're coming down from the north or up from the south… STOP and enjoy! Back again, and today we have magnificent perch fillets cooked in the Vaud style! I was introduced to this restaurant for my birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a better gift. The dishes are delicious, the portions generous, and you can taste the true culinary expertise. It's traditional cuisine, but it's nonetheless creative and refined. The ingredients are fresh, you can tell, and the desserts are divine (the chocolate fondant is to die for). The service was pleasant and attentive, and the warm atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. I highly recommend this place, and I'll be returning regularly.
