Excellent address, high quality cuisine with local products. The atmosphere is very pleasant as are all the staff. I highly recommend.

Perfect meal, pleasant, copious menu, next time we'll try the gourmet menu

Arriving by chance around 1 p.m. at the intersection of the Auberge des 3 Vallées, we stopped for lunch without any reservations. The welcome was perfect. The places are atypical with a bar where you feel like you are in a high-altitude chalet and a medium-sized room for the catering section. Further on, a huge room used to host weddings and other group events, the glass sections of which overlook lush greenery and the surrounding mountains. We are offered the covered terrace which we hasten to accept to have the best view. We were immediately taken care of (which is rare) by Bruno the cook who is also the owner of the establishment. Very nice to put a face on the dishes that will be served. The aperitif, then the meal. A salad with a Mr croque decorated with a sauce (I think) of old-fashioned mustard and honey... succulent and perfectly cooked meat. Cheese... Vacherin style dessert which was not necessarily on the menu but which the owner was kind enough to bring us instead of the dessert of the day, coffee all for €20. He took the time to chat with us about everything and nothing at the same time... here is a restaurateur who knows how to make real succulent and traditional cuisine with the real sense of welcome as we like. Note that Bruno is also a caterer and delivers his meals throughout the region. Address that we are keeping for a future trip in a camper van but not by chance this time.

Bruno accompanied us for our wedding, in a room in Chilhac. He provided very good advice from the start, the discussions were efficient and he was able to adapt to our constraints. On the day everything went very well, with joviality and generosity. Our guests (and us!) were delighted with the kindness of the waiters and waitresses, as well as the quality of the menu. Very nice auberge with a large terrace and beautiful country views

An opinion based only on the menu offered on the day I came and without a menu. This "discovery" menu at 33 euros seemed too copious to me, I accepted the offer to only take the main course + cheese + dessert. The beef cheek and its accompaniment were excellent. Very well cooked and plentiful. The cheese plate was, like everywhere else, served to me too cold, due to hygiene standards! But the waitress responded to my request to put the plate in the microwave for a few seconds to restore flavors to these good local cheeses (Tome and Cantal). I finished with the assortment of equally good pastries.. To pay the bill (25 euros) it is the chef himself who comes out of his kitchen to kindly ask you for your impressions! A nice little exchange which pleases and shows that there are still restaurateurs who do their job with heart and do not make fun of their customers, even those who are passing through! A big thank you to them.

Exceptional caterer for our wedding. Wine reception and extremely good meal. The guests told us they had never eaten such good meat, tender and hot, served all at the same time for 100 people. Bruno the boss is kind, understanding and adaptable!! And the people on duty were lovely!! The team adapts entirely to the speed of your wedding, your activities and what is wanted by the bride and groom. We can never thank you enough!!
