Excellent cuisine that celebrates local produce. The tasting menu is a culinary journey from start to finish, offering a glimpse into the chef's menu. The cooking is perfect. The dishes are colorful and harmonious. Truffle shavings, pan-seared foie gras, skrei cod, and black pork give the menu its exceptional character. The dessert is a true delight!

Congratulations again on a superb dinner! We've been many times and always have a wonderful time. The cooking is perfectly executed and the ingredients are of excellent quality. The wine list is perfect!

Everything was perfect. The location, the food, the managers. We received a warm welcome, they adapted their kitchen to accommodate dietary restrictions, and our (very) young children were also well received and thoroughly enjoyed their meal!

A very pleasant evening. A generous Spritz in which the proportion of sparkling water (unlike so often elsewhere) was not greater than that of Prosecco. A menu that delighted us, with combinations of excellent local products, perfectly slow-cooked black pork with a delicious sauce, and to accompany it, a glass of very good Bordeaux selected by the Chef. We are still debating which dessert was tastier: the passion fruit pavlova or the chocolate cake. All this in the warm setting of a tiny, secluded village perched high near the Arbizon mountain. Thank you, Chef.
