A wonderful discovery: a remarkable €44 three-course meal (starter, main, dessert). Presentation, flavors—everything was perfect. Superb wine list and a lovely tasting of a St. Joseph. Deserves more than just a Bib Gourmand.

A magnificent setting for a restaurant, perched high above Aulon in this charming little village. High-quality food at an affordable price. Nothing beats a mountain hike followed by a delicious meal here.
Starter, main course, and dessert were all equally excellent, featuring exceptional local produce.
Only the cheese selection was a bit disappointing, with some rather classic cheeses, which was a shame.
Otherwise, the flavors were spot on, the service was impeccable throughout, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. A bonus in summer: there's a lovely terrace! Reservations are possible.

Everything was perfect! The dishes were very gourmet, with great flavor and portions typical of a restaurant of this type. The interior features a wood-burning stove and a wood-paneled dining room, giving it a lovely mountain feel 👍
The three-course menu is €44, a reasonable price for the quality. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

Everything was still perfect. A special mention for the COMBES pear and Roquefort sorbet, and a great discovery: the martensia maritima: a plant with an oyster-like taste.
