Your desire and choice of unique menu in 3 or 5 courses, is a fair adjustment which we hope will bear fruit but in any case, it is only better for you cook and you servers to manage seasonal products as best as possible, restocking, timing of service in the room and in the kitchen to pamper us better too, it is very pleasant to see you come to the room and exchange a few words with us, thank you for this pleasant moment and this nugget of morel starter!!
