We went to eat one evening in this very beautiful traditional inn. The menu is very detailed and the prices reasonable, the place is warm and the service is impeccable. A pleasant moment to repeat!

Warm place, meal made with good products, a chef who comes to see you at the end to get your feedback, a very welcoming boss...what more can I say!

A beautiful setting whether sitting outside over looking the ambling river in the summer, or inside the historic setting of the building during the cooler months of the year. This establishment does not disappoint. The owners Robert and Philip are very attentive and yet decreet at the same time. The food is exquisite and the proportions are ideal for a two or three course meal. The restaurant does not over book the tables, so a reservation is required any night, but this keeps the experience exclusive and with a private feeling. The ambience is exquisite.

We ate as a family 🍴 One word: a real treat! The decoration, unique and excellent flavors take us on a journey! Excellent value for money Well done 👏 The little extra, open all year 😍 We will return there very often without hesitation!!!!

Originally from Ariege, we came with family and friends for a weekend to relax. We discovered this small hostel close to our accommodation. The rustic setting is very warm, the owners, Belgian, very welcoming and their cuisine! A treat! I rediscovered the pleasure of meals at my grandmother's: traditional Ariège dishes, such as Aigo (garlic soup), Aline-style tripe and millas for dessert for me! I think we will come back and enjoy ourselves here!

We had booked 2 nights and 2 dinners and breakfasts in this hotel which seemed very nice based on the comments. What a disappointment!!! Damp room, very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Room with river view without double glazing, noisy if difficulty sleeping. We could hear drops falling but couldn't find where it was coming from. The room was clean, the bed made with just a sheet at the beginning of September with the temperatures and not insulated it would have been wise to put one! The owner's welcome was cold, the service in the restaurant the same. The disappointing meal in view of the comments: Tasteless beef stew, garlic soup but what a disappointment when you know the real one. So much so that the next day at 9 a.m., we decided to shorten our stay, but we were still charged the price of the 2nd night! In short, a shame because they have great potential and certainly not the skills to manage this type of establishment. However, it doesn't take much to be welcoming, we had the impression of annoying them. Furthermore, working in catering, I have never seen a cook present himself in shorts and flip flops to his customers, there are a few rules missing!!!! We went a little further in a mobile home. Very disappointed.

We spent one night at the Auberge des Deux Rivières. The experience was very pleasant. The inn is in its original state with a very successful decoration. We loved it. The room was very clean, we were just a little cold during the night. The restaurant has excellent breakfast as well. The staff very friendly and professional.

The location is beautiful by the river, lovely oldie traditional hotel,meals were beautifully presented in the right plates as was your drinks and you have a vast variety of meals to choose from.The waiter Robert was very efficient as was Philip the owner and chef , garden and seating area's so nice, highly recommend this wonderful hotel and we had a good night's sleep, thanks for a lovely weekend folks

Ce lieu atypique est vraiment très chouette situé en bord de route dans un petit village assez calme. Une auberge cosy et chaleureuse à cela s’ajoute son petit côté rustique. Une vue très sympathique sur la rivière avec un chouette jardin. Un gros + pour le restaurant et la cuisine qui est excellente, variée, gastronomique, copieuse et surtout vraiment très bon rapport qualité prix avec un personnel très agréable et accueillant et quand je dis personnel je fais également référence au chat et au chien qui font une très bonne animation. Je recommande vivement 👌

Déception !! Comme nous avions une eu expérience favorable l'été dernier dans ce restaurant, nous avons souhaité y inviter des amis. Le repas d'aujourd'hui n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Bien qu'il y ait peu de monde l'attente a été un peu longue pour les entrées. Cependant, celles-ci étaient conformes à nos attentes. En revanche, les "pièces du boucher" bien que tendres étaient bien décevantes quand à l'aspect et la cuisson, en particulier une. Celle-ci, parsemée de petits charbon brûlés était clairement trop cuite. Le serveur empressé est parti en cuisine pour la changer. Et là, nous avons vu avec surprise le chef revenir avec notre morceau de viande tranché pour nous prouver qu'il y avait une partie moins cuite au milieu. Gênés par cette situation, nous n'avons pas argumenté davantage devant une telle mauvaise foi. Une assiette de trois petits morceaux de fromage et un dessert sont venus compléter ce menu "haut de gamme" à 44,50 euros !! Nous avons très récemment bien mieux mangé dans d'autres restaurants du Couserans pour un prix plus raisonnable. Dommage, mais à l'avenir nous éviterons cette adresse.
