Love this place, we go every time we come to the area and its always, excellent. The seasonal set menu and the taste explosions, the imagination, its a real treat.

An incredible restaurant with a unique menu that changes every two weeks (vegetarian options available with advance booking) and excellent value for money. Beyond simply eating, you come here for the experience, to be gently guided towards original pairings, to discover new flavors and unusual ingredients, all while maintaining a superb balance in the dish, with interplay of textures and temperatures. I've been going for three years now and it's always flawless. The staff is very attentive and the setting in nature is beautiful. By far my favorite restaurant! Special mention for the asparagus starter pictured with mushroom miso and black lemon champagne sabayon, and the toasted vanilla water dessert!
