21/02/2026: Although the restaurant is self-service, the food is very good (local dishes) and competitively priced. The setting is pleasant and decorated like a barn/chalet. A great stop in the middle of a day of skiing or hiking.

19/02/2026: Absolutely loved Shmargult! An absolutely delicious experience from start to finish. The ham hock was perfectly prepared: tender, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth… a true delight. The tofoi was also a wonderful surprise, bursting with flavor and prepared with great finesse. But then, a special mention for the rhubarb and raspberry tart… simply incredible! The balance between the rhubarb's tartness and the raspberry's fruity sweetness is perfectly executed. A true explosion of flavors in the mouth, and the best way to end the meal. All this accompanied by warm service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it—can't wait to go back! 🍽️✨
