A warm, tender pancake with candied onions, excellent quality homemade local charcuterie. Calf's head with vegetables from the garden behind the restaurant (Jacques CHIRAC would have appreciated...) Assortment of very well chosen cheeses. Gourmet desserts made with taste. A couple of breeder restaurateurs who serve you their production. All for €23, in short, unrivaled.
