A truly wonderful experience, living up to this establishment's reputation. The decor is chic and understated, spacious, and beautifully decorated right from the entrance. The clientele is well-behaved without being stuffy, allowing for a peaceful and discreet dining experience. The entire staff, generally very young, displays considerable experience and professionalism. The waiters and waitresses expertly present the dishes and whet our appetites. They are clearly knowledgeable. A special mention goes to the sommelier and his wine pairing choices. More than just flawless, we tasted truly unique and distinctive wines. Bravo for this perfect harmony of food and wine! Our five-course tasting menus were also impeccable and inventive. The Chef visited each table and received praise from all the guests. A very nice experience with refined dishes.

The setting was pleasant, but the decor could use a refresh. Our five-course tasting menu was generally satisfactory. However, two points should be noted: The sauce on our fish dish (a matelote sauce) wasn't particularly enjoyable, and the Corsican clementine dessert, or rather the celery ice cream, really needs improvement as it completely overpowered the clementine flavor. We would have liked to discuss this with the chef, but he didn't stop at our table beyond greeting us. A little disappointed, then, compared to our last visit. Sincerely

Excellent five-course dinner. The fish, the pastry chef's dessert, and the wine pairing were superb. The service was discreet and professional.

We chose this gourmet restaurant for our Christmas takeaway meal, and it was a wonderful experience. Scallops, ravioli, capon: everything was excellent. The portions were generous and easy to reheat, allowing us to enjoy a festive meal worthy of a top restaurant at home. A flawless experience; we thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done and thank you!

A decent gourmet restaurant, nothing more, except for their excellent langoustine ravioli specialty.

We had lunch there a few days ago, ordering à la carte. The experience was decidedly mixed. We enjoyed the langoustine ravioli as a starter—the signature dish—but found the rest of the meal disappointing: the main course was served lukewarm, even cold; the portions were meager and lacked flavor; the fish was poorly cooked; and the meat was indigestible. The dessert was also unconvincing. The service was attentive but lacked warmth. Overall, the atmosphere was stiff and seemed almost pretentious considering the experience. Perhaps a simpler approach is needed in both the dining room and the kitchen?

As always, we are delighted... it's a very pleasant place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine is exquisite, featuring a signature dish, the langoustine ravioli, which is absolutely not to be missed. The service and staff are highly competent and attentive, living up to the restaurant's reputation. A big thank you to the Chef who comes to the dining room to chat with the guests for a very pleasant exchange. Thank you, we will of course be back. Best wishes and happy holidays to all!

Creative and delicious cuisine. The five-course menu is well-balanced. The sommelier suggests excellent wines. Professional and very pleasant service. A minor drawback: the bread isn't quite up to the standard of the other dishes. A very enjoyable evening.
