There were three of us for lunch on Friday the 19th. We received a very warm welcome, Mr. Souffron even came to our table with a smile, and then it was pure bliss for our taste buds. It's always excellent, with impeccable service from very friendly staff. This is a great place and I highly recommend it.

Furthermore, his brief check-in halfway through the meal to ensure we were satisfied was a real bonus. It's this kind of attention that makes the experience so memorable. As for the food, the dishes are simply remarkable. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors perfectly balanced, and each plate arrives with an elegant presentation that whets the appetite even before the first bite. A truly flawless gastronomic experience! The only slight drawback, and one must be found, is the sometimes rather long wait between courses. But on reflection, this is undoubtedly due to the care taken in the kitchen—and that's easily forgiven. I warmly recommend this restaurant for a romantic dinner, a business lunch, or simply a lovely evening with friends. We'll gladly return!
