A wonderful discovery at Les Vieilles Poutres in Fournes-en-Weppes.
We chose the "Bouillon" menu: a complete, generous, and delightful experience. Here, you won't find the traditional egg mayonnaise, but rather refined dishes, prepared with finesse and, above all, made with fresh ingredients.
The welcome is warm, the advice is insightful, and you can feel the genuine care given to each plate.
Refined cuisine, bursting with flavor, in a pleasant setting. An address we wholeheartedly recommend.

Congratulations to the chef for the meticulously prepared dishes and the friendly service. He even takes the time to listen to customer feedback on his new menu.
I highly recommend it if you're local or, like me, willing to travel a few kilometers to enjoy a wonderful meal.

Saturday lunchtime during the heatwave. The air-conditioned dining room was very pleasant. Cozy atmosphere, comfortable seats, pleasant music, impeccable hygiene (restrooms). The waiter was very professional, offered excellent advice, and was very pleasant. The menu was excellent, with a small but diverse and high-quality selection of dishes. The presentation of the dishes was superb, and they tasted delicious. A nice touch was the wine pairing with each course. The chef took pleasure in greeting customers and serving them, adapting to the restaurant's pace.
I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Well done to the team! 👏

The warm welcome from the owner, which extends to the entire team, is a delight.
The varied menus offer a wide selection to suit all tastes!
So there you have it: it's a pleasant place to be, the staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent!
