We discovered this superb restaurant nestled in the heart of the Vercors region thanks to word of mouth. We received a wonderful welcome from Sandrine. The terrace offers a magnificent 180° view of the entire Vercors.
After the warm welcome and choosing our dishes, it was time to taste the food. Forget your preconceptions about vegetarian cuisine and prepare to be amazed. The chef has created his own plant-based proteins that are comparable in every way to meat. It's simply astounding. The plates are colorful, the vegetables are varied and flavorful, and the sauces, homemade of course, perfectly complement the dish.
All the products are local, sourced, and organic. The ingredients used in the kitchen are sold in various shops in the region.
We had a long conversation with Sandrine and her husband (the chef) after the meal. It was a fascinating moment that allowed us to better understand the challenges, the vision, and the values of this cuisine, run by a dedicated couple.
A wonderful interlude to end our stay in the Vercors, an address to remember and share without hesitation 👌🏻

Première expérience avec le végétal.
Un peu d'appréhension vite dissipée des le début du repas. Ces restaurateurs sont des passionnés. J'ai découvert des saveurs incroyables. Allez y,ça vaut le détour. Même pour des non végétariens comme nous.
Bref, c'est très bon.
