We discovered this superb address nestled in the heart of the Vercors thanks to word of mouth. We were wonderfully welcomed by Sandrine. The terrace offers a magnificent 180° view over the entire Vercors.
After the welcome and the choice of dishes, it’s time for the tasting. Forget your prejudices about vegetarian cuisine and prepare to be dazzled. The chef has designed his own vegetable proteins which are comparable in every way to meat. It's simply astonishing. The plate is colorful, the vegetables are varied and have flavor and the sauces, homemade of course, perfectly complement the dish.
All products are local, sourced and from organic farming. The kitchen products are sold in various shops in the region.
We were able to talk at length with Sandrine and her husband (the chef) after the meal. An exciting moment which allows us to better understand the challenges, the vision and the values of this cuisine run by a devoted couple.
A wonderful break to end our stay in the Vercors, an address to remember and share without moderation 👌🏻

Première expérience avec le végétal.
Un peu d'appréhension vite dissipée des le début du repas. Ces restaurateurs sont des passionnés. J'ai découvert des saveurs incroyables. Allez y,ça vaut le détour. Même pour des non végétariens comme nous.
Bref, c'est très bon.

Tout y est, l'accueil exceptionnel de Sandrine et Eric, une philosophie du partage, des saveurs d'ici et d'ailleurs, des produits de qualité, la vue panoramique...
Un petit moment hors du temps dans un lieu enchanteur, avec des hôtes inspirés et inspirants. A ne pas rater !
Ne pas oublier sa glacière pour profiter, à la maison, des créations d'Eric...

Excellent culinary moment in the heart of a rainy Easter Saturday!
Even a meat lover like me was seduced by Eric's vegetarian cuisine, full of tastes and taste subtleties, pleasantly combining plants and spices from around the world. The Côte-du-Ventoux Les Chancel, Lerouge No. 1, went perfectly with everything!
The breathtaking panorama magnifies the atmosphere.

A very beautiful culinary discovery with a magnificent view even from the inside. Balanced dishes, a search for flavors and well-found combinations: the demonstration that we can do without meat with alternatives such as a very successful homemade protein creation. We were received really well, a very welcoming place.
