Fantastic welcome, delicious meal, and decadent desserts. The roasted Revard cheese was a wonderful discovery we'll remember, the Oul burger was a delight, and the ravioli gratin with porcini mushrooms and Beaufort cheese is definitely worth the trip. With a young and dynamic team, it was a real pleasure! Thank you so much, we'll be back.

Le Glacier des Evettes

21/02/2026: We arrived a little late for lunch at 9 am. The welcome was incredible, the service very pleasant. Thank you for all the smiles. We enjoyed some delicious food while watching the Olympics... We would have loved to stay longer, but the holidays are over! See you soon.
15/02/2026: The Hôtel des Evettes is a place you'd almost want to keep secret, as Pierre's kindness, his team's helpfulness, and the charm of the hotel and Bonneval make every stay exceptional and unforgettable. But it would be unfair if this recognition weren't shared, even if Pierre humbly doesn't seek it. 👍👌😎
