Auberge du Belvedere sur Commelle-Vernay

Warm welcome, we ate well. Great location, plenty of tables on the terrace

Lunch on the terrace with friendly, attentive staff who had a touch of humor. The games were a welcome addition for the children, who thoroughly enjoyed them. A very good meal for a lovely family outing.

Lovely setting, very pleasant, excellent cuisine

A huge thank you to the entire team at Restaurant du Belvédère for making our welcome evening absolutely exceptional! For our wedding, we were eager to introduce our guests, who came from all over the world, to a true specialty of our region: the famous frog legs 🐸🇫🇷. And what a success! From beginning to end, everything was perfect. The welcome, the kindness of the team, the service, the atmosphere, and of course, the entire menu… everything was prepared with great care and quality. Our international guests loved this experience and were captivated by the discovery of the frogs and by the entire cuisine offered. It was exactly the kind of evening we wanted to begin our wedding celebrations. Five-star service, an attentive team, and a magnificent setting with a splendid view. Thank you to the entire team at Le Belvédère for your professionalism, your warm welcome, and for helping to make this moment so special for us and our guests. We will cherish the wonderful memories of this evening and we wholeheartedly recommend Le Belvédère Restaurant! Thank you again for everything. Rémi & Juan

★★★★★ A perfect evening! An exceptional place! The quality was impeccable from start to finish, with a special mention for the frog legs which were simply delicious. The service was top-notch, attentive, and warm. We had a wonderful evening at the Auberge du Belvédère. You can go there without hesitation!

Great experience, excellent food and impeccable service

We came for lunch on a weekday. The set menu is excellent value for money (€19 for a starter, main course, and dessert). All the dishes were delicious and homemade. The kitchens, whose doors remain open during service, are spotless, which is very reassuring for customers. We recommend this restaurant for a meal as a couple or with family.

Had my best friend’s cocktail party here last week, and honestly, what a beautiful spot. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great selection of drinks, delicious dishes, and desserts that were to die for. I even tried frogs for the first time, surprisingly delicious. A special shoutout to Thomas, who was such a fantastic and attentive server. He made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend.
