Absolutely perfect. The best address in the region. Whether it's the welcome, the service, the culinary journey, everything is absolutely perfect. A more than pleasant welcome, impeccable table service, a cozy and relaxed intimate atmosphere, and excellent cuisine. I'm still amazed by this one. On the Valentine's Day menu, the cooking of the duck breast was absolutely perfect (which is rarely the case and deserves to be underlined: elsewhere there are often traces of blood with each stab, or overcooked and dry meat, there, a total control: meat that melts in the mouth, a real delight!). The cook works miracles! I thought I fainted when I saw my partner who truly hates soups/veloutés and Butternut in particular, enjoying the Butternut velouté! Difficult with fish which he avoids eating, he delighted in his plate here and told me that he could recommend the same dish in the future. To hear that after 15 years of “I don’t like it” is quite miraculous. This is the best address I can recommend in the region, go there with your eyes closed.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes and service at this restaurant/winstub. They were open on Monday which is rather rare in the region. The restaurant offers a very short menu with fresh, seasonal products. The service is fast and with a smile. I will happily return there during my next visit to Alsace!

Belle adresse sans chchi. Arrivés à 4 sans réservation avons été accueilis avec attention et bienveillance. Cadre de la salle sympatique et chaléreux. Carte variée, cuisine fine. Avons passé un très agréable soirée. Adresse à retenir!

Très belle adresse avec une cuisine très raffinée, une présentation soignée et un service à la hauteur des plats dégustés ! Je recommande fortement !
