The food is absolutely wonderful! You sleep like a log! You can rest in complete silence! The innkeepers are incredibly kind... What more could you ask for?

There are places where you feel serene as soon as you arrive, and this is one of them. Four days of pure magic surrounded by the limestone plateau, soothed by the song of the cicadas and the sound of the fountain. Thank you to my hosts for their kindness and attentiveness. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were exceptional, a true feast for the eyes and the palate.

For us, this was a stop on the way to Saint Guilhem, and what a wonderful surprise! A charming building, comfortable rooms, and a host who goes above and beyond. We give Aymeric 6 out of 5 stars; he's fantastic. Friendly, attentive, an excellent cook, and meticulous about the details that make all the difference, he's the best thing about this lovely place. It's worth noting that local products are featured prominently, and everything is of high quality. We highly recommend it.

I stayed four nights at the Auberge du Chanet during a Przewalski's horse observation course. The inn is clean, and the setting is very pleasant. I particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome and service. The meals were delicious, healthy, and balanced, featuring local products... I highly recommend it!

What a lovely auberge. The welcome was nice. The room was unique. The food was simple and very tasty. The enthusiasm with which everything was served and explanations given was superb. The breakfast was fantastic. Definitely worth a visit.
