Auberge du Chateau sur Valserres

The Auberge du Château is truly an excellent restaurant. Varied and homemade local cuisine. The dishes, very copious, are served as in the past in dishes or pans. The setting is typical and retro. You'd think you'd returned to the Hautes-Alpes of the 1950s and 1960s. The quality/price ratio is excellent as well as the welcome!! Fairly large parking lot, right in front of the restaurant entrance. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Très bel endroit , tout était parfait des langues d'agneau en entrée , a l'estouffade de boeuf avec des légumes parfaitement cuits jusqu'au dessert . Dommage que ce soit si loin de chez nous ..........

Simple and good With the humor of the boss and chef

French cuisine like we don't do much anymore, fresh and local produce, cooked at home and with love!! It's good to see that we can still eat properly, it was a huge pleasure to stop at this place!!!! Very friendly restaurant, we ate very well, plentiful and local cuisine and fresh produce. The service is very fast and the waitresses and the waiter are very friendly, the service is very fast. We ate on the shaded terrace. I recommend 😃
