Auberge du Chateau sur Valserres

The Auberge du Château is truly an excellent restaurant. Varied and homemade local cuisine. The dishes, very copious, are served as in the past in dishes or pans. The setting is typical and retro. You'd think you'd returned to the Hautes-Alpes of the 1950s and 1960s. The quality/price ratio is excellent as well as the welcome!! Fairly large parking lot, right in front of the restaurant entrance. I highly recommend this restaurant.

French cuisine like we don't do much anymore, fresh and local produce, cooked at home and with love!! It's good to see that we can still eat properly, it was a huge pleasure to stop at this place!!!! Very friendly restaurant, we ate very well, plentiful and local cuisine and fresh produce. The service is very fast and the waitresses and the waiter are very friendly, the service is very fast. We ate on the shaded terrace. I recommend 😃

The inn is welcoming; we had a wonderful time, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The local cuisine is made with passion and generosity (you can feel it!), everything is fresh and homemade, from starter to dessert. Smiling and pleasant staff. Fast service, excellent quality/price ratio. It's a change from the (too) numerous and expensive snack bars, pizzerias, burgers... all around! Don’t hesitate to stop by! the boss and his team are also very friendly!! we keep the address carefully...

My mother introduced us to this beautiful place, I went back to my childhood with the atypical decor, succulent cuisine with excellent products, dishes from the past that my mother used to make, jailles, donkey ears a delight and desserts, there were 3 of us, we shared our menus, go for my real cuisine, with very good service and a lovely welcome
