Superb meal with a chef of Alsatian origins...so the meal could only be delicious. We recommend it without moderation.

A pleasant discovery during our vacation. Traditional dishes have been revisited to make them enjoyable under the summer sun. I recommend the Auvergne salad and the Aubrac beef steak. The juices are very distinctive (thyme, hazelnut) and perfectly suited to the meats they accompany. Be sure to ask for details of the dishes before ordering, as the menu isn't very clear. A small downside is the decorative blueberry jellies, which don't add anything to an otherwise very nice dessert. The welcome and service are impeccable.
