Superb meal with a chef of Alsatian origins...so the meal could only be delicious. We recommend it without moderation.

A delightful discovery during our vacation. Traditional dishes, subtly updated to be enjoyed under the summer sun. I recommend the Auvergne salad and the Aubrac beef. The sauces are very flavorful (thyme, hazelnut) and perfectly complement the meats they accompany. Be sure to ask for details of the dishes before ordering, as the menu isn't very clear. A minor drawback was the small decorative blueberry jellies, which added nothing to an otherwise lovely dessert. The welcome and service were impeccable.
