Very nice discovery, tasty cuisine

The setting is a little outdated, but the cuisine is worth the detour. The welcome is warm and the service matches the quality of the dishes. The latter are tasty, and their presentation is particularly careful. The suggested food and wine pairings are judicious, without necessarily directing you towards the most expensive products. In the end, the quality/price ratio is excellent.

As part of an Objectif Réseau meeting, we had the chance to taste the chef's recipes, fusion cuisine, we were won over. The aperitif dinner focused on different flavors from around the world, in small bites, great tasting. What we appreciated most was the setting, the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant, the quality of the products which have never been distorted, quite the contrary, not to mention the Japanese notes, a delight. A little nugget hidden in Cantal, I recommend the establishment with my eyes closed. The service was discreet while still being efficient. Thank you to the whole team for your welcome. Solene

WONDERFUL restaurant. The cuisine is excellent, the presentation careful, the service perfect. The boss (Adrien), chef in the kitchen, takes the time to chat at the end of the meal and conveys all his passion for his profession (we discovered that he also offers his catering and home cooking services!!! To try!!! ). The boss (Sylvanna his wife) always takes care of the service with a smile and kindness. She is a sommelier, which is a real plus in the choice of wines offered and the advice). The restaurant may seem deep in the countryside but ultimately it is only 10 minutes from Saint Flour (of course via a small road but which is very pretty). We tested 2 different menus and wow..... All value for money within everyone's reach. Thank you very much, we will of course come back....
