Superb new restaurant installed at the Château de Clermont. A real gourmet restaurant, with a very nice list of local and French wines. A real pleasure to eat in the shade with a view of the castle. Absolutely recommendable experience!

Celebrated a special occasion at l'Auberge, set in a small picturesque village next to the Château de Clermont. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality / price point of the peaceful setting, tasty food, and the team's excellent service. You can tell the team cares about what they're doing. We appreciated the attention to detail placed in the selection of the ingredients, the precise cooking and interesting combinations of flavors (without it being too strange), the beautiful plating of the food, and the quality of service. Each dish was a beautiful gift to discover with all your senses. We chose le menu Arche, and added the special entrée of langoustine over a bed of pasta stuffed with mushrooms served in a gorgeous sauce made from the langoustine's shells. The pasta and langoustine was perfectly al dente, and the sauce was so so good! In lieu of licking my plate clean, I used a piece of housemade rye bread to soak up all that delicious sauce! As Chef Vincent Adam plans on renewing the menu every 3 weeks to highlight new seasonal ingredients, we plan on returning again soon!

Dined here for our wedding anniversary and it was excellent: the auberge is right next to the château de Clermont, a beautiful historical setting with no cars or other traffic. The food was very nice with interesting and surprising combinations, all very well paired and balanced in terms of taste and crunch. The presentation of the food and the plating was very nice as well. The pricing is very reasonable, in particular when taking the quality into account. The chef clearly knows and loves what he is doing and so does the service staff. The auberge will see more of us soon!

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. the servers were very professional, attentive and always ready to answer our questions. The quality of the dishes is simply exceptional. Each dish is a work of art, both visually and taste-wise. The flavors are perfectly balanced and the local ingredients are very fresh. I highly recommend the Auberge de Clermont. It is a perfect place for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself to the refined cuisine of Vincent Adam and his team.

Auberge du Château de Clermont a changé de propriétaire et ouvert le 1er mai 2024. Nous nous y sommes rendus en fin de semaine le soir et ce fut une jolie découverte. Un menu au top (entrée, plat et dessert) pour un montant des plus abordable pour la région. Des produits frais et locaux que le chef cuisine avec passion. On sent qu’il a à cœur de faire de belles et bonnes assiettes. Nous nous sommes régalés. Nous ferons découvrir cette nouvelle adresse à nos amis. Nous souhaitons plein de réussite à la nouvelle équipe de l’Auberge du Château
