Everything is perfect here. I was convinced of it the first time last year, and it was confirmed this year (a Sunday lunch to celebrate 15 years of love <3). The setting is idyllic, at the foot of the castle, on a charming terrace, with a menu of a thousand flavors, always arranged to perfection (a true alchemist's work). The chef, working alone in the kitchen, never ceases to amaze, and the service is impeccable. Special mention to Sébastien (I think) who looked after our table, always available yet discreet, and who gave us all the explanations about each dish and each wine. I can't wait for the next menu!

My mother's birthday. A very warm welcome and pleasant conversation with the waiter and the owner. Always beautifully presented and delicious food. A restaurant that deserves to be better known in this village in Haute-Savoie. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of the candle during dessert. Keep delighting our taste buds! There are restaurants you visit once, and others you return to with just as much pleasure. This one undoubtedly belongs to the latter category. Over the years, it has become one of our favorite spots, whether for a family dinner or to celebrate a special occasion. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, precise, and always perfectly executed. The menu changes very regularly, offering new discoveries and original flavor combinations with each visit, without ever becoming excessive. Each dish reflects genuine research and a true mastery of the ingredients. The service is on par with the cuisine: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The team takes the time to guide guests, particularly in their wine selection, offering consistently relevant advice that perfectly complements the dishes. We also particularly appreciate the way children are treated. They are considered true guests, with great kindness and attention. Our son enjoys every meal as much as we do and is delighted with each visit. This is rare enough in a fine dining restaurant to deserve special mention. It's a place we always return to with the same enthusiasm, and one we wholeheartedly recommend to all lovers of fine cuisine and shared moments.

A wonderful discovery! The setting is elegant, perfectly laid out, with ample space and privacy between the tables to fully enjoy the meal. The cuisine is excellent, prepared with high-quality ingredients. The chef offers original and expertly executed flavor combinations, demonstrating true skill. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, who intervened with great diplomacy with a table whose parents clearly couldn't manage their children, to the point of giving the impression that the restaurant was a daycare. It's refreshing to see an establishment that ensures, with tact but firmness, the respect of all its customers. A meal at a restaurant is a relaxing experience for everyone, and a minimum of courtesy is essential. The end of the meal unfolded in a calm and peaceful atmosphere, which perfectly concluded this wonderful experience. An excellent restaurant that we recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return!

Yesterday we discovered a truly wonderful restaurant, L'Auberge du Château de Clermont, on the recommendation of my dear colleague Cécile Deloison. Upon arrival, we were initially put off by a comment we perhaps shouldn't have dwelled on, but everything quickly warmed up. The setting is very pleasant, with a warm atmosphere befitting this beautiful château. The dishes are truly excellent and beautifully presented, made with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. One particularly noteworthy point deserves to be highlighted: the service. The waiter was exceptional from beginning to end, professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. Always available yet discreet, he offered us excellent advice and made our meal even more enjoyable. This level of service truly makes all the difference and makes us want to return. It's worth noting that the chef works alone in the kitchen and manages to produce such high-quality cuisine—bravo to him! In my opinion, a Michelin star is within reach. So, enjoy without hesitation!
