The welcome, the meal, the presentation, the attention to detail, the taste, the subtlety, the satisfying nature, the delicacy—everything was perfect. A truly delightful experience for both the eyes and the palate. For the past two years, since we had the pleasure of discovering this restaurant, we have been consistently pleasantly surprised and delighted. Thank you to the chef and his team.

A message I just sent to the Michelin Guide: Hello, I rarely do this, but it's worth it. There's a restaurant, the Auberge du Château de Clermont, in Clermont-en-Genevois, that we discovered a few weeks ago. This restaurant is truly worth a visit, both for the welcome and the cuisine. Everything is just right, exceptionally good, flavorful, and quite inventive. In particular, the spelt with a Scarmoza mousse and a smoked egg yolk, or the langoustine tournedos with a bold, precise, and perfectly executed shellfish coulis. In short, a delight! The service by Sophie is attentive and meticulous… the chef is very friendly, and Sophie is efficient and cheerful. We left delighted and with stars in our eyes, one of which they richly deserve.

From the moment we arrived, to the chef's farewells upon our departure, and including the setting, the ambiance, the quality and beauty of the food, and the explanations provided by our charming hostess, everything was perfect. Not a single flaw! The menu changes every three weeks. There's no reason not to return.

A true discovery, just a stone's throw from home. At L’Auberge du Château de Clermont, chef Vincent Adam offers exquisitely precise cuisine, structured like a true culinary journey: each course flows seamlessly into a perfectly controlled crescendo of flavors. In the dining room, Sophie provides attentive, seamless, and genuine service, with a presence that immediately puts you at ease. Special mention goes to the wine list: a carefully curated selection, featuring excellent wines at remarkably reasonable prices—a real plus. An address we'll be keeping a close eye on… and one that undoubtedly has the potential to earn at least one Michelin star.

As a regular at Michelin-starred restaurants and other excellent establishments, the Auberge du Château de Clermont is one of my absolute favorites! This was my second visit, and I can't wait to go back. Several friends have gone there on my recommendation, and they were also impressed by the quality of the food and the service. The prices are very reasonable and, frankly, easily justify a Michelin star. Perhaps soon! Congratulations again to the entire team.

In a magnificent setting, we moved into this beautiful village and discovered this sublime restaurant with its refined, daring, and flawless cuisine. A particular favorite was the mushroom and ivy pre-dessert. The welcome was very pleasant throughout the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will be among its regulars!
