Passing through the region, we booked a table at this restaurant. Warm welcome Lovely decor, chalet atmosphere We had sauerkraut and fleischnackas as our main courses, delicious For dessert, an excellent and generously portioned Colonel sorbet, and I had a homemade chocolate Liégeois with homemade hot chocolate poured into the glass—incredible! Very good All this accompanied by a good bottle of Burgundy (Coteaux Bourguignon), an excellent wine! Of course, we'll be back!!!! Thank you!

We regularly go to Le Cheval Blanc. We love the food and the welcome at the restaurant. Last year, we celebrated our civil wedding there with 40 guests and a tarte flambée aperitif. Everyone had a great time and are still talking about it! See you soon!

18/12/2025: I really wanted to try the fries menu, and honestly, we were disappointed. We ordered one portion with beer and one with semolina; the beer fries were okay but very greasy, while the semolina fries were rather bland but less greasy. The fries were really good and nice and crispy. I only tasted the pretty little green salad because there was too much dressing (which wasn't exceptional at all, by the way). The service was friendly and attentive, but at no point were we asked if we were happy with our meal or if it suited us! What a shame! The set menu, on the other hand, was nice, simple, but good. There was quite a wait, but it didn't matter, we weren't in a hurry. We had trouble having a conversation, though, because it was very noisy! We might try the terrace sometime...
