In August 1996, Cheval Blanc catered our wedding for lunch and dinner, and it was remarkably delicious. Tonight, for our velvet wedding anniversary, we dined at Cheval Blanc. The waiters were extremely professional and full of humor. The meal was deliciously succulent, and of course, they had their legendary cheese trolley. I highly recommend it, I'd say, even if you've never been to Cheval Blanc before your 50th birthday... it's a shame.
