L'Auberge du Cheval Blanc in Crèvecoeur en Auge, a magnificent gourmet address on the cider route. The boss is dynamic, welcoming, very friendly. lThe service staff is wonderful. The menu, the revelation of tasting seasonal products cooked with love. Scallops, excellent. The pieces of beef cooked on the fireplace, sensational. Desserts will delight gourmands served with a gourmet influence. The Caramelized Apple Soufflet, Norman happiness in the mouth. A very beautiful and good restaurant where a gourmet break is inseparable from a visit to this charming Calvados countryside.

We enjoyed our time spent in this restaurant with its excellent local cuisine. Good value for money. Very friendly and efficient female service. It makes you want to come back to Pays d’Auge.

Very nice little clean and neat inn, very pleasant and attentive owner, beautiful dining room with wood fireplace and well-controlled cooking on the embers, excellent steaks, good value for money. Parking at the rear of the hotel

The warm welcome, the food is excellent..cooked in the fireplace the meat is of very good quality..and I will add a little extra for the soft pistachio (homemade of course)Bravo and good luck..
