A wonderful discovery!
We had a fantastic time at this local restaurant. A warm welcome awaited us upon arrival, with delicious appetizers to start, and the meal was perfect from beginning to end… right down to the desserts.
Special mention to the exceptional waiter: attentive, professional, and always smiling – nothing to complain about.
I highly recommend this place!

A truly sublime place.
We only had dinner there.
We enjoyed a little aperitif in the lounge area by the fireplace to warm up.
The restrooms were exceptionally clean… it's so rare these days that it deserves to be mentioned…
And the dinner… Absolutely excellent.
For me, the venison loin… a pure delight, and all the other guests were thrilled.
A wonderful place in this beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant with its lovely old beams.
Superb service provided by young apprentices…
And the young chef came by at my request to congratulate him, and he kindly explained how to prepare the venison loin.
I highly recommend it.

A great experience at the Auberge du Cheval Blanc. We spent a night there for the Nuits de Sologne. Odeline, the host, took great care of us, with a warm welcome and great attention to our little dog, and a top-notch breakfast!
We highly recommend this place.
Thank you for this pleasant experience; we will be happy to return.

Passing through to kick off our vacation, we stopped at this inn, which has been taken over by a young couple from the family. We had dinner and the three-course menu. The welcome was very warm and professional. The appetizer was sturjeon rillettes and a rosemary siphon to start. The bread with clove butter was surprising and very nice. It was really very good, with revisited dishes using seasonal products, such as an egg on a pepper piperade (a real delight 😋). The main course is sturgeon on a leek fondue, with a lemon-based juice reduction, it's very successful. Dessert is rice pudding with a revisited praline, if you like rice pudding.
We weren't able to try the terrace because of the rain, but it looks very tempting.

Lunch on a quiet, shaded terrace. The dishes are carefully crafted to bring out the flavors of each dish. The chef devotes his all to ensuring that each tasting experience is a memorable one for his guests. The service is excellent, and the expert wine advice is much appreciated. This is a place that deserves to be recognized and recognized by the greatest guides. Stay tuned, as it won't be long.
