A flawless experience, equally highly rated for both its hotel and restaurant. A beautiful, typical Sologne inn, which has existed for centuries with a pronounced respect for authenticity and impeccable taste. Very well preserved, with lovely rooms and attentive service. As for the cuisine, the chef is dazzling. The dishes are divine, featuring typical Sologne products, and the head waiter is incredibly professional. We were captivated by this establishment and will definitely remember it for a future trip to the heart of this incredible region.

A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at this local restaurant. A warm welcome awaited us upon arrival, with delicious appetizers to start, and the meal was perfect from beginning to end… right down to the desserts. Special mention to the exceptional waiter: attentive, professional, and always smiling – nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this place!

A truly sublime place. We only had dinner there. We enjoyed a little aperitif in the lounge area by the fireplace to warm up. The restrooms were exceptionally clean… it's so rare these days that it deserves to be mentioned… And the dinner… Absolutely excellent. For me, the venison loin… a pure delight, and all the other guests were thrilled. A wonderful place in this beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant with its lovely old beams. Superb service provided by young apprentices… And the young chef came by at my request to congratulate him, and he kindly explained how to prepare the venison loin. I highly recommend it.

I visited this restaurant before the new owners took over, and the menu was created by both the former and current chefs. It was a delightful experience, showcasing different flavors and culinary expertise. The wine the chef recommended was a wonderful discovery. A warm welcome, excellent cuisine—in short, a truly enjoyable experience: what more could you ask for? I plan to return and hope to have the same experience as my first visit.

We used to come here with friends when his father was running the place, and we're delighted with the new generation. This is our second visit since the reopening. The dishes are innovative and delicious, always featuring refined, locally sourced ingredients. The sommelier's recommendations are a wonderful discovery.
