Second lunch in this establishment for my part and still just as enchanted by it. The setting is warm and very tasteful, the service most pleasant and the meal delicious. We were once again enchanted by the dishes offered in the discovery formula with the stars of Alsace and surprised by combinations that were as surprising as they were refined.
A big thank you for this last minute welcome, the kindness and professionalism of the entire team in the room and the delicious dishes that we had the chance to taste.

The table at the Auberge du Cheval Blanc is simply sublime. We had a wonderful evening. Impressed by the seasonality of the products, a lot of local products. We enjoyed ourselves, we were amazed. Thanks to the whole team: the kitchen, the service. Thank you for the great welcome.

Very nice place, in a typical Alsatian village.
I wanted to thank this restaurant for taking us last minute (there were 8 of us) thanks to them, we were able to eat with our family.
The meal was excellent (young prestige formula with the stars of Alsace), a first for me 😊
The service was top notch with very well trained young people.
I recommend this restaurant.
Bravo to you and thank you again.

Beautiful room, good table, very appreciated cozy atmosphere. Staff both attentive and discreet. Well done and thank you to the entire team in the dining room and in the kitchen.
Homemade foie gras as good as ever!
Very nice cooking of the skreï.
Delicious chocolate & mango sorbet duo dessert.
The fish and meat accompaniments, although balanced, original and good, could have been served a little more richly.
Thank you for this good time spent with friends in your establishment.

Very good meal in the 1 bought and 1 free formula. Discreet and friendly service. The only downside was the serving of wine slightly out of sync with the dish with the meat (the sommelier apologized) and a plate of cheese which would have deserved a little garnish and, above all, information on the different cheeses, their origins and characteristics.

We had lunch at the restaurant today and really enjoyed it. Very nice setting, very friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. As for the meal, it was worthy of a star! Really congratulations to your entire team. We will gladly come back.
